Exclusive facilitated retreats at Rushmore
All the same work. Another world of surroundings.
For a group, a team or an individual, the same bespoke facilitated work can be delivered here, with the pace, structure and accommodation shaped around the people attending.
Rushmore sits at the heart of Cranborne Chase, in a landscape shaped by ancient forest, archaeology, performance and craft. The estate’s Larmer Tree Gardens have hosted the Larmer Tree Festival and remain the annual home of End of the Road Festival.
Its woodland extends to around 2,000 acres, much of it within the Cranborne Chase Site of Special Scientific Interest. Quiet and tranquil, but also alive with traditional woodland management, conservation, leisure and sporting life.
- Groups and teams
- Atmospheric King John’s House sleeps 13. Butler’s House sleeps four and the Japanese Pavilion sleeps two, allowing the accommodation to expand around the group.
- Individuals and smaller parties
- The Japanese Pavilion, Deer Larder and shepherds huts offer quieter, self-contained possibilities. The right fit is agreed in advance and is subject to availability.
- The same depth of work
- Communication, conflict and dispute resolution, with the wider factors shaping the situation considered as part of the work.
