Private Conflict Resolution
Many of the conflicts I work with are driven or intensified by personal crisis, addiction, recovery and mental-health challenges, in families, private offices, boardrooms and creative teams.
Standard dispute resolution assumes rational actors operating with transparent motives. When a crisis, addiction, or profound burnout is present, rationality is compromised, and the real motives are often shrouded in fear, shame, and self-preservation.
A Crisis-Informed Approach
As a crisis specialist, I understand the dynamics of secrecy, denial, and fear that sit beneath these disputes. I design conflict resolution processes that acknowledge these invisible factors without necessarily forcing them into the spotlight if the parties are not ready.
The objective is to create a structured, boundaried dialogue where decisions can be made safely, assets protected, and relationships preserved where possible, even when the underlying clinical issues remain unresolved.
For Families & Partners
Navigating the fallout of a loved one's crisis requires immense care. I facilitate structured conversations to establish firm boundaries, agree on treatment pathways, or manage safe separation and financial protocols when the environment has become toxic.
For Professional Teams
When a founder, partner, or key creative is compromised by a personal crisis, the entire enterprise is at risk. I work between the individual and the board/team to establish operational safety, performance agreements, and clinical leaves of absence.
