Private crisis and recovery case management

When someone you love is in crisis, or when an artist, athlete or executive suddenly needs urgent support, a single referral is rarely enough. I coordinate everything, and I stay there.

The moment a crisis breaks is not the moment to be researching rehab centres, comparing clinicians, or trying to manage your family while also managing logistics. My role is to take that weight off you, to design and coordinate a response that fits your situation exactly, and to stay involved for as long as it takes.

Who this is for

Families in acute crisis

A spouse, parent or sibling who has just watched someone they love relapse, be hospitalised, or reach a breaking point. You need someone to tell you what to do next, and to help you do it, without judgment, without delay.

Music, sport and entertainment

Managers, agents, labels and teams when an artist or athlete is in crisis, where reputation, schedule and discretion make standard services impossible. With 30 years inside the music industry, I understand what's at stake and how to move.

Private crisis case management: a coordinated approach to addiction and recovery

Standard treatment pathways often fall short when the situation is complex, where there are family dynamics, professional obligations, reputational considerations, or a history of treatment that did not hold. The clinical work might be excellent, but without someone governing the whole picture, the recovery ecosystem collapses.

I act as your central point of coordination — a crisis intervention specialist who stays involved across the whole process. Rather than relying on a single facility or isolated practitioners, I design a bespoke recovery plan tailored entirely to your reality, vetting clinical providers, overseeing logistics, and managing the interfaces between medical professionals, legal teams, family members, and the client.

A particular specialism is dual diagnosis and neurodivergence, especially ADHD and OCD, where addiction frequently masks or exacerbates underlying conditions, and where a cookie-cutter approach is not just ineffective, it is actively harmful.

How It Works

Taking Stock

The first conversation is about understanding what's actually happening, the risks, the pressures, the people involved, and working out what needs to happen first.

Building the Right Team

Not a standard referral list. Every psychiatrist, therapist, sober companion, or medical specialist is chosen by hand for this person, this situation.

Holding It Together

The day-to-day coordination, the calls, the adjustments, that's handled. The client's only job is to focus on getting well.

Staying Close

The work doesn't end at discharge. Regular contact, honest review, and whatever needs to shift as life changes shape.

Total Discretion & Professional Integrity

I am financially independent of all treatment facilities and clinical providers. I do not take referral fees or kickbacks. My only allegiance is to the success and safety of the client. All work is conducted under the strict confidentiality guidelines of the EMCC Global Code of Ethics.

Trusted client relationships matter to me more than anything else in this work. When a situation is serious enough to contact me about, the first conversation should be about understanding it properly, not scoping a contract.

I take a long view of the relationships I build, with individuals and organisations both, and I'm not watching the clock or tallying billable hours. My priority is to understand what's going on, work out where I can provide meaningful support, and identify who else to involve, before any other discussion takes place.

Confidential Consultation

A first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
